As of 1 January 2025 I nolonger have contracts with insurance companies. You will need to check with your insurance company how much of the NZA tariff will be reimbursed. You will be billed directly for services rendered.

Insurance companies will give partial reimbursement of treatment costs. Reimbursement can vary from 60 to 80% of the tariff that insurance companies have set themselves unless you have a policy that offers you a free choice of mental health provider. The tariffs set by insurance companies is lower that the NZA tariff.

Be sure and check with your insurance company before you start treatment.

Non Dutch insurance companies reimburse according to their own policies. Persons who have a non Dutch insurance company should check in advance what the reimbursement policy of their insurance company is as they remain personally responsible for any costs that are not reimbursed. They must also pay the costs for treatment themselves and then file for reimbursement by their insurance company. Our office makes use of a billing agency.

Advisory, mediation or coaching consults are never reimbursed by insurance companies. For these services separate payment arrangements can be made with you or your employer.

Costs for supervision are billed directly to supervisees.
