Appointments can only be canceled by calling the above number.
An appointment must be canceled 2 days in advance.                               When an appointment is not canceled on time the appointment will        be billed according to the rules set by the insurance company.

Parking:                                                                                                                                       - in the Van Pallandtstraat with a blue parking card for a maximum of two hours.                                                                                                                                - by the park there is paid parking.                                                                              - please note that other neighbourhood streets in the vincinity require a city permit. You will be fined if you park there without one.
